Q. I want to invest in a fund. How do I begin?

A. To invest in a fund simply complete the application form accompanying the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Once this has been done either fax to 02 9222 1999 or email to info@amhonline.com.au or alternatively post to: Australian Mutual Holdings Limited, Level 40 Governor Philip Tower, 1 Farrer Place Sydney NSW 2000

Q. How will I know that my application has been received?

A. Once we receive an application we automatically send this document to you at the email address provided. If we have not received accompanying funds we will attempt to contact you to check if they are being electronically transferred or if a cheque is being sent separately (before the end of the month). You should always check that your funds have left your account to be sure.

Q. What is the deadline to meet the cut-off subscription date?

A. You need to have funds transferred to AMH on or before the last calendar day of the month. Sometimes your financial institution may be delayed for various reasons in acting on your instructions, thus it is prudent to attempt to transfer as early as possible. Please keep the transfer notification i.e. deposit chit as your record of transfer.

Q. When will I receive my Certificate notification of my investment in the fund?

A. You will receive notification of your investment in the fund within 14 days (if not earlier). Your certificate will be posted to your nominated postal address. If after three weeks you have not received your certificate, please email us at admin@amhonline.com.au and we will resend at no cost to you.

Q. When will the unit price be updated?

A. The unit price for the previous month will be updated within the first 10 business days of the following month (if not earlier – usually within 4-8 calendar days). It should be noted that in an attempt to accurately disseminate the unit or share price, amongst other things auditors need to take into account mark to market valuations of all securities, subscriptions, redemptions, pro-rated tax obligations, fee structures etc. You can access the unit price by visiting your fund’s dedicated web address.

Q. When will I receive my end of financial year tax statement?

A. You will receive your end of financial year tax statement within 2 months of the end of the financial year, this will list amongst other things any profits/ loss’s, tax obligations (if any), capital gains/loss’s (if applicable) in the fund. We endeavour to disseminate your tax statement as early as possible however delays could be caused by information required by third party brokers and scheme auditors.

Q. How do I redeem monies in the Fund?

A. Simply go to: www.amhonline.com.au and click on the Forms tab and then click redemption request.

Q. When will I receive my redemption?

A. As long as AMH receives your redemption request by the last working day in the quarter, i.e. 31st March, 30th June, 30th September, 31st December, AMH will process your request in a timely manner and will attempt to pay you your funds within the first 14 days of the following month (if not earlier). Delays in payment may be because Auditors need to take into account mark to market valuations of all securities, subscriptions, redemptions, pro-rated tax obligations, fee structure etc. In addition, delays could be as a result of current or original banking details provided to us were incorrect.
